No "Colombian Time": We will hold your lane for up to 15 minutes after the agreed time. After that, we will give the turn to someone else.
If you can't make it: You can cancel with 24 hours notice and we will refund your deposit. If you stand us up at the last minute, the deposit is non-refundable.
